If you are purchasing an E-book online through PayPal or credit card, order it from the E-book page. If not, you can use the regular mail, email, phone, fax options below.

Sculptures (PayPal, credit cards)

1. Click on the "Buy Now" button at the bottom of this page. In the "Description" box enter the initials / name / message / sculptures you want.

EXAMPLE: 2 Puppy #2, 1 The Kiss, 1 Mary at cross, 4 Dolphin, "Happy 50 John"

2. In the Unit Price box enter 7.95

3. In the Quantity box put the total number of items you are ordering. Remember, each letter/number is one item, i.e., the above "Happy 50 John" are 11 items. Some sculptures are made from two bills (2 x 7.95).

4. Proceed with the rest of transaction.

3. Include your name and mailing address.

4. We take Visa and Mastercard. We are not on a secure server so in the email include only your credit card number. In a second email, send the expiration date.

Regular mail

Click on the Downloadable order form to the right to download it to your computer. Print it out, fill it out and mail it to us.

Fax

Click on the Downloadable order form to the right to download it. Print it out, fill it out and fax it to us at (732) 750-4377. PRINT large and use the high resolution setting on your fax machine.

2. Let us know what you want, and total price. If we are not in, please leave the message in our voice box.

3. Include your name, mailing address, and phone number. We take Visa and Mastercard. Leave the number and expiration date. If ordering an E-book, include your email address.
